Måns and I during Fjällräven Classic Sweden 2018. We only met briefly before our seven days of guiding with a group from Taiwan. Doing everything together for more than a week can be hard but we did more than great and so did our group.
We take photos as a return ticket for when Elsa is older and as a way for us to remember our adventures. Last night we spent in a shelter with a friend we met through Instagram some time ago. The hot summer days are over and so is also the fire ban. We enjoyed a good dinner cooked over the fire, talked about kids, family and things we did in the past.
The right of public access. In Sweden “allemansrätten” is a right granted by the constitution of Sweden. The right to have access to nature comes with responsibility to respect nature and animal life. The golden rule of “allemansrätten” is ”Do not disturb, do not destroy”.
I’m here watching the beautiful mountain peaks from a distance. Before I felt the urge to run there as fast as possible, to be there and take it all in, to stand on all the peaks with a big smile and visit the valleys that I could see from them. Today I have a different feeling! I know I feel the urge to climb the peaks because where I am right know is the right place to be. I feel good, I have the beautiful scenery in front of me and I’m already out doing things that I love. I…
